As a former software developer/consultant, Raphael brings a strong technical background and a love for dissecting complex problems to his client interactions. Additionally, his in-depth knowledge of digital media has enabled him to grow a sizeable personal brand via YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Raphael is also the author of several best-selling books, including his latest “Before You Sign That Lease”, and is the co-host of the popular podcast “The Commercial Real Estate Academy”. Raphael graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and a minor in economics. He currently resides in Louisville, KY with his beautiful fiancée Melanie and dog Sofi.

He orchestrates daily operations of various arms of the company and property roles. With twenty years of construction experience across North and South America, gives him the knowledge to lead complex development and redevelopment projects of all facets of commercial properties with a focus on cost control and supply management. His diligent and detailed approach to all projects, big or small, are to ensure quality and cost effective results are achieved with the highest standards of customer service and client satisfaction. He currently resides in Louisville, KY with his stunning fiancée Kamee and two amazing kids Haley and Carter.
